Order Processing

Immediately following an order placed on a confirmation email will be sent to let you know that we received your order.

A second email will be generated with shipment tracking information when the order is packed and processed.

Please note: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/ FPO. We apologize for this inconvenience.

For shipping outside of the Continental United States, please contact customer support for further assistance.

Standard Order Processing Time

All orders processed with standard shipping will ship from our fulfillment center in Sunrise, FL via FedEx/ USPS SmartPost.

In addition to transit time, please allow 1-2 business days for standard order processing.

FedEx/ USPS SmartPost deliveries will arrive approximately 2-7 business days after the order has been processed.

Please note that SmartPost deliveries are picked up from our facility be FedEx and final delivery is made by USPS.

We observe US National Holidays, and do not ship on those days.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from date of purchase to initiate a return.
